FCPA About

CONCRETE PIPE SUPPORTS FLORIDA

The Florida Concrete Pipe Association (FCPA) is the voice for the concrete pipe and box culvert industry in the State of Florida, including the users and stakeholders of our products.  FCPA promotes the use of concrete pipe to provide a resilient, modern, and sustainable infrastructure system in our neighborhoods and roadways for all Floridians. Our goal is to increase knowledge and understanding of the proper, safe, and efficient application of concrete construction products manufactured by its member companies, including reinforced concrete pipe, box culvert, manholes, inlets, and other precast drainage structures.

FCPA member companies include County Materials and Rinker Materials.

History of the Florida Concrete Pipe Association (FCPA)

Concrete Pipe has a history of successful service in Florida since the early 1900s.  In 1962, the Florida Concrete Pipe Institute was created.  It was reorganized as the Florida Concrete Pipe Association (FCPA) in 2016 and become a state chapter of the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA).  As part of the ACPA, the FCPA operates as a 501c(6) non-profit organization and is an approved Continuing Education Provider by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.

For continuing education opportunities, plant tours, specifications, or technical support, please reach out to a member company or contact the FCPA Director Douglas Holdener.
