
Doug is the Director of the Florida Concrete Pipe Association (FCPA). With over 25 years of civil engineering experience, he has worked in the concrete pipe industry and as a transportation consultant with Wilbur Smith Associates (now CDM Smith), Kimley-Horn and Associates, Florida Power & Light, and Rinker Materials. Doug has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington University and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He lives in Jupiter, Florida.
